Booking Mauritius Hotels (or any hotel for that matter) is far more easier online than it is to book it by telephone or in person. And it is normally cheaper to book your hotel via the web as the booking is automated.

That means you get an online booking discount as the hotel saves booking costs.

If you travel frequently and stay in hotels, the savings obviously add up over time. If you telephone the hotel for your booking, they will normally not tell you about the special web bookings - they want to charge as much as they can get away with!
